Payments Accepted

Alliant Rehabilitation and Sports Therapy accept various payments, including Medicare, Workman’s Comp, Most Major Private Insurance, Medicaid (21 & under), VA Benefits, and Self Pay.

We are not hospital-affiliated and may require a referral from a qualifying doctor to receive treatment.
